the stillfolk!
What do you feel makes you an inclusive supplier?
As a queer person myself, I have lived experience of not feeling welcomed in straight-dominated spaces, not feeling seen and have been working hard to go against this in my business.
I am constantly working on educating myself so I can make people feel welcome - wherever you are from, whatever size you are, whatever your gender, age, sexuality, if you are disabled or neurodiverse - you are welcome.
I am always the strange wallflower wherever I am in the world, so I think being a wedding and elopement photographer suits me well, as part of the job is just third-wheeling couples and lurking in corners with a camera.
What do you feel sets you apart from other suppliers?
Instead of a cookie-cutter approach, I try to tailor my service, my approach, and my style to my clients' needs.
Whether that means I give more fun prompts to clients with a more extroverted vibe and a more mindful approach to the quiet ones, or choosing to edit a hot pink outfit in a different style than a more earthy, hobbit-core one.
Three sentences to describe what you do
I capture couples' days in a candid style, in an authentic way - no performance needed.
Avoiding posing whenever I can, working with prompts, creating and capturing memories and allowing you to be present.
Let's be awkward monsters together! (If you get the reference for the two movies from this sentence - I'm begging you to hire me)
