What do you feel makes you an inclusive supplier?

Cherry on Pop is inclusive by default, not by design trend. As an LGBTQ+ business owner and a neurodivergent creative, I know how important it is to feel comfortable, respected and genuinely welcome when planning something as personal as a wedding or event.

I work with couples of all genders, sexualities and identities, and I don’t make assumptions about what a wedding should look like, who does what, or how anyone should present themselves.

Every couple is approached as individuals, with space to create a celebration that feels right for them, whether that’s alternative, non-traditional, intimate or completely their own.

Being neurodivergent shapes how I run Cherry on Pop day to day. I keep the planning process clear, visual and flexible, using moodboards and structured options to make things feel manageable rather than overwhelming. I’m always happy to adapt how we communicate or pace the process so it works for the people I’m working with.

Inclusivity also shows up in the spaces I style. I’m mindful of comfort, accessibility and sensory experience, creating environments that feel welcoming and enjoyable to be in, while still delivering bold, editorial and expressive design. Style and inclusion don’t cancel each other out. You can have both.

At its heart, Cherry on Pop is about creating spaces where people feel relaxed enough to be themselves and confident enough to celebrate fully. Couples don’t need to explain, justify or water down who they are or what they want. They’re supported, understood and encouraged to create a day that genuinely reflects them.

What do you feel sets you apart from other suppliers?

Cherry on Pop is for couples who want their wedding or event to feel more like a night they’ll never forget than a tradition they’re trying to fit into.

My styling lives in the space where old money elegance meets party girl chaos. I love bold, creative design, rich colour palettes, texture, draping, florals and statement details.

That might look like decadent, candlelit luxury for one couple, or full-on glitz, glamour and unapologetically over-the-top Vegas energy for another. I’m just as happy leaning into refined and dramatic as I am embracing unconventional, playful and “tacky but make it iconic”.

What matters most to me is creating a strong visual world that feels expressive and full of personality.

I don’t believe celebrations need to be toned down or watered down to be stylish. If it’s bold, a little chaotic, and makes people feel something, I’m here for it.

How I work is just as important as the end result. A lot of my decor is designed to be reused and repurposed across events, styled in different ways rather than treated as disposable. Balloon displays from events are regularly donated to local organisations, schools and community groups instead of

being popped and thrown away. It’s a small but meaningful way to reduce waste and let the work live on beyond one night.

People tend to choose Cherry on Pop because they want a stylist with a clear point of view, creative confidence, and the freedom to do something different. Someone who understands that luxury doesn’t have to be serious, glamour can be playful, and the best events often sit somewhere between polished and wild.

If you want a celebration that feels expressive, indulgent and a bit unhinged in the best possible way, Cherry on Pop is exactly where that happens.

Three sentences to describe what you do

I design weddings and events that feel more like the best night out of your life than a polite sit-down affair. Think old money glamour, party girl chaos, rich textures, bold colour and a little bit of excess.

If it looks dramatic, indulgent or slightly unhinged in the best way, I’m probably already planning it.

Time for a very Serious question

we have asked our suppliers…

(Nail-biting stuff)

OUR QUESTION:

IN A POST APOCALYPTIC WORLD, YOU ARE BEING CHASED BY THE MONSTER MUNCH MONSTER.

THE OVERWHELMING STENCH OF PICKLED ONION HAS MADE YOUR NOSTRIL HAIRS CURL. WHAT IS YOUR WEAPON OF CHOICE TO END THIS TORTURE ONCE AND FOR ALL?

ANSWER:

I’d simply remove the Monster Munch from the equation by eating it. Pickled onion is elite, the

monster loses all intimidation, and I survive to style another day. So my weapon of choice? My mouth!
